Only so few people can change things in Guild Wars! very little people who still play the game get to decide what happens and they get to keep power! Why is this? What goes on?

There are forms that Izzy skill balancer makes to get help with skill balance and only so little people get to contribute. The rest public get to sit back and watch while these little people get to decide and know everything far before things happen? What is this?

Yes HE is and has always been. Just look at rangers overpowerment with interupts and most especially energy management. When a 15e skill only costs them 5e and everyone else 15 and they can spam touch touch touch without blinking an eye for energy something is definitely not balanced with the class. Rangers have never been nerfed enough and have always been overpowered.

alright...unless i've missed some HUGE reappearance of touch rangers in the 2 weeks or so ive been away from gw....i cant remember the last time i saw one outside of AB/RA

which would make you a complete idiot who probably doesnt know shit about pvp outside of the above mentioned formats

I think the main complaint is that they know weeks in advance what skills are being altered, while the rest of us find out a few hours AFTER the update goes live. I have no problem that the best pvper are consultants, i have a problem that seem to be the only voice (izzy doesn't play gw anymore) and their bias seems like the only thing that gets heard.
